We're looking for a talented, multi-skilled individual to join our property maintenance team. If you are proficient in light carpentry, light plumbing, sheetrock repair and painting, we'd like to talk to you. Knowledge of HVAC and minor electrical? We have an opportunity for you. • Perform routine building repairs and grounds maintenance to include, but not limited to, plumbing fixtures, carpentry repairs, flooring, drywall, painting and other various activities as directed.
• Inspect properties to assure quality standards are being adhered to.
• Properly complete renovations and repairs, in a timely manner, on vacant apartments to ensure that they are in move-in ready condition.
• Consistently communicate with supervisor and maintenance team members to ensure that company standards are met.
• Perform other related tasks as required or assigned.
• Be on-call on a rotating basis.
• Will work at various locations in Southern Maine and New Hampshire.
