NCHC is looking for a full time/part time experienced and energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team at the St. Johnsbury Community Health Center. As a provider at Northern Counties Health Care, you will have the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of family medicine, including procedures; you'll work with an integrated Behavioral Healthcare team; you'll be involved in strategic planning and quality improvement.
