Charlie Hascall, Owner/President

Charlie has been a lifelong resident of Maine. He graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 1976 and raised his family in the Greater Portland area. After almost 20 years in management with Blue Rock Industries (a large, Maine based General Contractor), Charlie saw the opportunity to buy Seabee Electric from Bill Gagnon in 1998. He found a great culture and “Can Do” spirit in the employees and felt that it was a company he could be proud of serving the people of Maine and New Hampshire for many years to come. He was correct!

Charlie has stayed very connected to his home state and the construction community throughout his career. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors, Associated Builders and Contractors, New England Chapter of Design-Build Institute of America, The Center for Grieving Children, USM’s Board of Visitors, and USM’s Corporate Partners. Presently, he serves on the Board of Trustees for 75 State St. in Portland.
