About Us
CDS was originally established in March 2000 as Commercial Delivery Services, Inc. initially specializing in the transport of small packages and medical specimens to a limited geographical area throughout Maine. CDS experienced a major expansion in October 2000, at which time it increased its territory to serve virtually every town in Maine. CDS has three facilities in Maine, one in Bangor, Augusta, and Portland. In addition to general freight deliveries, CDS specializes in delivery of medical supplies and medicines. The sensitive nature of these deliveries requires that you do your job effectively and responsibly. Today, CDS employs around 50 full and part time drivers and office personnel. CDS serves over 200 customers throughout Maine on a regular basis.
