At COR Health, we offer a variety of Child & Family Services, customized to meet the needs of each individual client. We take the time to assess varying factors, including age and medical diagnosis, if applicable, and work with clients to determine a plan of care that is suitable for them. COR Health creates a plan that continually assesses the progress and condition of the client, communicating all changes with their case manager, physicians and family members. Clients and family members can select from services including:

• ++Pediatric Services++ – Caregivers, registered nurses and licensed practical nurses provide exceptional one-on-one care for clients in any setting, including the home, at school or an assisted-living environment or nursing center. COR Health’s highly qualified personnel include professionals skilled in specialty services such as:
  • Tube Feeding Administration
  • Seizure Monitoring
  • Technology-Dependent - Ventilators, Bi-pap, C-pap, Trachs, Apnea Monitors
  • Growth & Development
  • School Services
• ++Section 28 Program++ ("Rehabilitative Community Support Services") – Designed to support, nurture and promote the pediatric client’s ability to live comfortably and safely. Our Behavioral Health Professionals ("BHPs") provide superior one-on-one, in-home and community support services with the goal of increasing and promoting skill development, independence and overall well-being.

COR Health’s services are available based on the client’s needs – from care provided on an hourly basis to 24 hours a day. We also offer live-in options for individuals in need of additional assistance.
