• Short term disability pool (STDP)

  • After one year of service, SCA contributes 3 percent of your base salary whether you contribute or not
  • SCA will match up to 2 percent of your own contribution to the plan
• Paid time off (pro-rated for any regular staff hired to work less than 40 hours per week)
  • Up to 2 years: 22 days
  • 2 to 6 years: 27 days
  • 7 or more years: 32 days
  • Holidays: 11 paid holidays
